MHS Membership & Marketing Team – Vacancies
The Membership, Marketing and Communications volunteer team, work collaboratively with all MHS teams & stakeholders. We are focused on increasing our overall membership, with new volunteers and encouraging community & stakeholder engagement with MHS programs and facilities.
MHS is currently looking for an excellent communicator to take on the customer service based role of Membership Coordinator
Working together with the Marketing Team this is a new position that is responsible for all aspects of Mansfield Historical Society membership.
You will be required to create an ongoing positive & engaging membership experience for our members & volunteers via marketing and outstanding customer service skills.
*Handling all questions, information requests, and complaints regarding membership.
*Processing membership applications, renewals, and resignations.
*Maintaining and updating membership records.
*Assisting with member communication activities & delivery of membership marketing materials.
*Coordinating with the accounting department to track membership revenue.
*Assisting the marketing team with organising events and activities for existing and prospective members.
